Qualifications

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent.
• Successful clearance of Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Always punctual.
• Accurate and efficient completing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to relate positively with students, parents, staff and teachers.
• Capable of working with small groups or individual students under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Always punctual. Inform supervisor if absence to avoid workflow disruption.
• Maintain neat appearance and dress appropriately for assignment.
• Perform custodial tasks including lifting and assisting with hygiene needs.
• Lift up to fifty pounds as required.
• Follow instructions promptly with a positive attitude.
• Follow the assigned duty schedule and adapt to changes.
• Implement behavior plans per district procedures.
• Build positive relationships with students and monitor safety.
