Responsibilities

• Manage Mill Technicians toward safety, production, quality and uptime.
• Oversee new employee orientation and training.
• Work with maintenance staff to perform RCFA for failures.
• Set performance expectations and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and execute mill maintenance shutdowns with supervisors.
• Maintain equipment through basic care rounds and operator maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and coaching.
