Job summary

• Ability to interpret operating, quality, reliability data and convert findings into actions.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, HR, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible field leadership and safe operation of paper machines.
• Coordinate startups, shutdowns, grade changes, troubleshooting and recovery from abnormal conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost.
