Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Military background is a plus.
• Paper mill experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines, equipment, and processes.
• Housekeeping tasks (washing up, debris removal).
• Small repairs of paper mill equipment.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Perform tests on raw material or finished product.
• Perform fast walking rounds of the work area.
• Install paper machine clothing.
• Train and receive training in multiple plant jobs.
