Job summary

You will work within a high-performance team on a rotating 24/7 shift, collaborating with process operations and maintenance to maximize up time. The role requires diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, repairing pumps and drives, reading blueprints, and applying safe maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree (2–4 year) from college, university, technical school, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Pulp/Paper or Chemical Engineering.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed to maximize reliability and up-time.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems on process equipment and repair faulty components.
• Operate equipment safely, read orders and prepare legible reports.
• Lead or participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting as part of maintenance teams.
