Job summary

Pratt Paper (IN), LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead safety, quality and productivity across the facility. The role requires steering R&M, shipping/warehousing and staff development while driving improvements based on data analysis.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in paper-mill manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with multiple machines and stock prep systems. A BS in related engineering or Pulp & Paper Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year BS degree in a related field (Pulp & Paper Science or engineering).
• Five+ years of manufacturing experience in paper mills preferred.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with proven project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, waste, productivity, R&M, shipping/warehousing and staff development.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of efficiency deficits and drive improvements.
• Oversee plant operations to maintain quality and production levels.
• Develop and monitor capital plans and budgets; support cost controls.
