Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in recycled linerboard or corrugating mill.
• Preferred: Four-year degree in Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, or similar engineering background.
• Ability to climb stairs and catwalks; move in a plant; operate computer/HSI; communicate via radio/phone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and regulations at all times.
• Report incidents and participate in investigations; write incident reports; join RCA meetings.
• Ensure Pre-Job Hazard Assessments are conducted for non-routine tasks.
• Set and maintain high standards for housekeeping.
• Lead by example; provide performance evaluation/feedback; conduct disciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate training with Operations Manager, Training Manager, PTAC, HR; ensure training compliance.
• Lead team to meet production targets and assist in troubleshooting/process optimization.
