Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in recycled linerboard or corrugating medium mill.
• Experience with safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to lead and develop a cross-functional shift team.
• Ability to work within a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Shift Team to meet safety, quality, cost, and production standards.
• Ensure safety is the first priority and report incidents per protocol.
• Develop team skills and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate training and ensure SOP and CBA compliance.
• Act as Site Commander in emergency situations.
