Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Line Lead to supervise production line staff in our Alsip, IL facility. You will provide direction to team members to meet efficiency and quality targets.

You will train workers, monitor safety and GMP adherence, and collaborate with other departments to drive positive production results. This role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends and prior experience in warehouse production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–6 months related experience or training in warehouse production.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Safety conscious with ability to work in production/warehouse setting.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
• Familiar with WMS and basic computer functions.
• Commitment to safety and quality per GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line personnel and provide direction.
• Train line workers in production line tasks.
• Maintain professional leadership and teamwork.
• Coordinate with other departments for production results.
• May perform quality auditing and hourly inspections.
• Monitor production rates and paperwork accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality policies.
