WestRock seeks an Operations Maintenance Coordinator to ensure asset reliability and manage maintenance budgets. You will coordinate with production and maintenance teams, screen and schedule work orders in CMMS, and align maintenance with production goals to minimize downtime.

You will plan installations, support capital projects, and drive safety compliance in a 24/7 pulp and paper mill environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5–10 years of experience in pulp and paper maintenance and operations.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Screen and approve all work orders in the CMMS to ensure priority and resource use.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to avoid conflicts with production.
• Plan and schedule installations and startup of new equipment to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate between maintenance and production to improve reliability and productivity.
• Lead daily meetings with planners and managers to review upcoming work and outages.
• Support safety and environmental compliance and problem-solving efforts.
