Job summary

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager for a Pryor, Oklahoma manufacturing site. This key role drives plant maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement in a large industrial setting.

The successful candidate will lead a hands-on team, develop maintenance strategies, and manage budgets to maximize asset performance. Strong paper industry experience and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience in paper manufacturing and/or paper machine maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related engineering field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations leadership in maintenance/reliability; degree optional.
• 2+ years leading a maintenance department.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement.
• Experience with budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the plant maintenance team with a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee site-wide mechanical maintenance operations.
• Drive LEAN initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance planning, budgets and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Operations.
