Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Oxnard, CA is seeking an entry-level associate for the Paper Mill production team. The role supports the production department with general clean-up, process tasks, and shift-based responsibilities across the mill.

You will follow safety protocols, operate basic equipment including forklifts, and assist various departments as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and offers 12-hour rotating shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read & write simple sentences in English; basic math.
• Willing to learn company software such as Maximo and Paycom ESS.

Responsibilities

• Assist any position in production as needed during a shift.
• Perform general clean-up and support all production roles.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Operate fork truck, clamp truck, and front-end loader with care.
