Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking an entry-level Production Operator (Third Hand) at the East Walpole, MA plant. You will support the Paper Machine and Rewinder, move materials, label, package and help maintain a safe, clean mill environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and good teamwork, communication, math and mechanical abilities. Shift options include 8- or 12-hour cycles, with day, evening or night schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Industrial work experience is desirable.
• Must be able to work 8- or 12-hour shifts and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, efficient operation of Paper Machine and Rewinder.
• Assist in materials movement, labeling and packaging.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping in the Mill area as assigned.
• Adhere to PPE and all safety guidelines at all times.
