Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Production Machine Operator to safely control equipment such as winders, ovens and kneaders to meet production goals. You will read prints, set up machines, and check parts against specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree OR completion of apprenticeship preferred.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• On-the-job training may satisfy educational requirements.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Produces the required quantity within specifications and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools to ensure quality.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
