Hollingsworth & Vose Company in East Walpole, MA is hiring for an entry-level Production Operator (Third Hand) to operate and support high-speed paper machinery. The role includes assisting in materials movement, labeling, packaging, scrap removal, and routine housekeeping in the Mill area.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED (preferred), basic computer skills, and the ability to work either 8- or 12-hour shifts on various schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Work experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Familiarity with computers and able to conduct tasks on computer systems.
• Must be able to work 8- or 12-hour shifts on multiple schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, assist, and support paper machine operations (Paper Machine and Rewinder).
• Assist in materials movement, labeling and packaging, collecting and removing broke/scrap materials.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the Mill area and other duties as assigned by crew leaders.
