Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the paper machine to maintain safety and productivity.
• Monitor processes, adjust speeds and product levels for quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment with mechanics and technicians to resolve issues.
• Support production schedules and maintain housekeeping and sanitation.
• Document tests and report deviations to supervision.
• Assist with maintenance and setup of the machine as needed.
• Coordinate with crew to direct jumbo rolls and manage waste.
