Sofidel Group in Inola, OK seeks a Paper Mill Shift Supervisor for a long-term, stable role. You will supervise mill operations, assign staff, and ensure safe, efficient production in line with policies.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree (or HS diploma with 5 years’ paper mill experience) and at least 3 years of supervisory experience; forklift cert and MS Office knowledge are required. Health, 401(k), and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a paper mill preferred; 5+ years with HS diploma accepted.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• MS Office knowledge is required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the paper mill operations, including set up, staff assignment and organizing the mill area for safe, efficient production.
• Determine necessary operational supplies and coordinate with colleagues to ensure material availability.
• Identify equipment problems and assist with repairs and servicing as needed.
• Participate in hiring, supervise staff, provide direction, and train employees to maintain operations.
• Initiate personnel actions and determine staffing levels for current and future needs.
• Conduct pre-shift checks, review safety procedures and communicate issues to the next shift.
• Coordinate with HR on safety and productivity matters and participate in process improvement committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet schedules and quality requirements.
