• Walk fast through the work area as part of rounds.
• Install factory clothing and components.
• Train and receive training in multiple plant roles.

Candidates Must

Responsibilities Will Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Monitor machines, equipment, and processes
• Housekeeping to include washing up, raking up paper, shoveling debris, etc
• Small repairs of paper mill equipment
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Perform test on either raw material or finished product
• Perform fast walking rounds of work area continuously
• Install paper machine clothing
• Train other employees as well as receive training in multiple jobs throughout the plant
