Job summary

Paradigm Chemical & Consulting is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to partner with customers, solve problems, and deliver measurable value that improves operations in the paper industry.

You will leverage deep knowledge of chemical applications across pulp mills, paper machines, and water treatment while building strong relationships and managing a growing territory; travel, including overnights, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of direct chemical experience in a paper mill.
• 5+ years technical sales experience in the paper industry with success in business development.
• Authorized to work in the US, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel (overnights).

Responsibilities

• Develop a healthy sales funnel for year-over-year growth.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers in a paper mill setting.
• Provide technical chemical application support across paper grades and processes.
• Document the value delivered through reports and business reviews.
• Travel as needed, including overnight stays.
