Berk International is seeking hands-on Machine Operators to run paper converting machines and assure product quality. You will contribute to on-time order completion, maintain safety standards, and support continuous improvement on the line.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts (10 hours, Mon-Thu) with overtime opportunities on Fridays/Saturdays; benefits include health, vision, dental, paid time off, and growth opportunities. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read a ruler and take simple measurements.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Operate paper converting machines on the production line.
• Lead the line team and assist other teammates as needed on the line.
• Assist Maintenance with equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Test and ensure quality of products.
• Become cross-trained and proficient on multiple machines.
