Berk International is seeking hands-on Machine Operators to run paper converting machines and assure product quality. You will contribute to on-time order completion, maintain safety standards, and support continuous improvement on the line.

We offer 1st and 2nd shifts (10 hours, Mon-Thu) with overtime opportunities on Fridays/Saturdays; benefits include health, vision, dental, paid time off, and growth opportunities. A background check is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read a ruler and take simple measurements.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Operate paper converting machines on the production line.
• Lead the line team and assist other teammates as needed on the line.
• Assist Maintenance with equipment setup, changeovers, adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Test and ensure quality of products.
• Become cross-trained and proficient on multiple machines.

We are currently seeking hands-on Machine Operators to run paper converting machines and undertake responsibility for quality assurance of the products manufactured. This position plays a vital role in the success of the company through timely order completion, order quality, and achieving team targets.ScheduleWe have positions available on both 1st and 2nd shift. Shifts are 10 hours long Monday-Thursday.
