Job summary

Essity is seeking a Paper Converting Machine Operator on 2nd shift for its Bordentown, NJ facility. The role involves operating a production line for Hygiene products, performing setup, safety checks, and quality inspections according to SOPs.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 3:20 PM to 11:50 PM and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior manufacturing experience preferred. You will document production, lead changeovers, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Demonstrate safe work practices and promote safety culture.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and ensure proper setup.
• Ability to perform mechanical adjustments on the machine.
• Produce products within specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished products with precision tools for quality compliance.
• Maintain logs of units produced and document any errors.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line for Hygiene products.
• Lead changeovers and communicate with production teams across shifts.
• Notify supervisor of production completion and prepare machine for next run.
• Keep warehouse and facility clean and organized.
• Coordinate daily production plan with teams.
