Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office preferred.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and incident-free workplace.
• Provide technical support to improve paper making process efficiencies.
• Organize and maintain production process flow and implement best practices.
• Evaluate trends and data to reduce downtime and waste.
• Lead process trials and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for new processes and procedures.
