Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse work or related environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site and mobile pantry operations, including stocking shelves and guiding volunteers.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, volunteers and donors.
• Assist with volunteer training and prioritizing tasks for volunteers.
• Handle client intakes, answer phones and reception.
• Manage inventory and communicate needs to Pantry Manager.
• Lead on-site during distributions when needed.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and drive pantry vehicles when required.
