Applicants should have 3+ years of culinary experience, a culinary program or equivalent, and strong knife skills, with knowledge of food safety and guest interaction. Flexible schedule and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or culinary program certificate or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of prior culinary experience.
• Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sautéing.
• Food Safety & Sanitation knowledge.
• Able to read and follow recipes with strong guest interaction.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• EOE; pay disclosure and legal requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and production related to the assigned outlet and station.
• Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the operation's needs.
• Maintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care.
• Keep assigned station clean and organized at all times.
• Clean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shift.
• Assist in storing delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.).
• Adhere to state and local health department rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors.
