Caesars Palace LV is seeking a Pantry Cook for Banquets as a steady extra on-site in Las Vegas. The Garde Manger prepares salads, dressings and garnishes and maintains pantry cleanliness.

You will chop vegetables, assemble salads, garnish plates, prepare dressings, and support inventory while following safety rules. Minimum one year experience and English communication required; physical readiness and neat appearance are essential.

Job Summary

The Garde Manger is responsible for the preparation of salads, dressings and garnishes and maintaining the cleanliness of the pantry area.
