Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Pantry Attendant for Berwyn, PA to support conference services and pantry operations. You will assist with room setups, manage pantry logistics, and help ensure a seamless client experience at meetings and events.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and capable of handling the physical demands of a busy conference environment while providing excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a guest services or food/conference setting preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs with safety.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room set-ups and meeting logistics to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reset, refresh and turn meeting rooms quickly as needed.
• Support basic audio-visual needs in conference spaces.
• Oversee pantry management including ordering, stocking, maintenance, and reporting.
• Ensure equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) are in good repair and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain punctuality and reliability.
