Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Pantry Attendant for the Berwyn campus to support the Conference Services team. You will handle pantry operations, room setups, and basic AV tasks while ensuring top-notch client experiences.

The role requires reliable, detail-focused individuals who can lift up to 100 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room setups and meeting logistics to ensure client satisfaction.
• Refresh and reset meeting rooms and spaces as needed.
• Help with basic audiovisual requirements in conference spaces.
• Oversee pantry management including ordering, stocking, maintenance, and reporting.

Job Summary

In this role you will work with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists with room set-ups and meeting logistics to ensure the best client experience for all meetings.
• Provides prompt and accurate resetting, refreshing, and turning of meeting rooms as necessary in the conference center.
• Assists with basic audio-visual requirements in conference center spaces.
• Oversees pantry management throughout the campus (to include ordering, re-stocking, maintenance, and reporting)
• Ensures all equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) utilized for meetings are of the best repair while identifying and reporting issues to maintenance for any non-functioning items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
