Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pantry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ pantry areas are always stocked, clean, and organized. You will play an essential role in making sure that our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience with their breakroom services. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Stocking & Inventory Management:
    • Replenish pantry items, including snacks, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that all products are readily available.
    • Perform regular inventory checks and submit orders for each account when required following budget and customer needs.
    • Monitor product usage trends and adjust stocking levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Cleanliness & Organization:
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all pantry areas, including countertops, storage areas, and equipment.
    • Clean and sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and ensure that all areas meet company standards for hygiene and appearance.
    • Dispose of expired or damaged products according to established procedures.
  • Customer Service:
    • Engage with clients and their employees in a friendly, professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    • Respond to any special requests or immediate needs promptly and efficiently.
    • Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the Pantry Team for continuous improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    • Regularly check pantry equipment, such as coffee machines, refrigerators, and snack dispensers, to ensure they are functioning properly.
    • Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the Service Team for timely repair or replacement.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure all products are fresh and properly rotated, removing any expired items.
    • Adhere to food safety standards in the handling and storage of all pantry items.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, replenishment activities, and any client interactions or feedback.
Requirements:
  • Reliable Transportation: Attendant is required to travel between accounts on their route so reliable transportation is required. Attendant will be reimbursed for mileage.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and product quality in all tasks.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing top-notch service to clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to complete all duties during scheduled visits.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as required.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and follow through on all tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the pantry, from stock shortages to equipment malfunctions.
