Job summary

You will work with team members to meet production targets, inspect parts, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal US work authorization; no sponsorship.
• Resident within 50-mile radius of Sumter facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal bus bars and components per drawings and BOM.
• Use hand tools and a tape measure to install material following procedures.
• Maintain progress and communicate shortages or issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and root cause analysis.
• Ensure quality through visual inspections and troubleshooting.
• Support safety, 5S practices and cross-training as needed.
