Job summary

Echo Electric in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Panel Shop Coordinator to manage projects from PO receipt to delivery, liaising with customers and our assembly team. You will track timelines, coordinate changes, and keep internal and external communications clear to ensure on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ years of admin experience, strong teamwork, a proactive mindset, and solid computer skills. This is a full-time role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates the scope of the project and outlines project timelines with customer and assembly team.
  • Provides project status reports to customers.
  • Works with reps and manufacturers to ensure that deliveries are maintained.
  • Manage orders and change orders and communicates all project changes to team.
  • Maintains project file and ensures that all key information is maintained and accessible if needed.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions that keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
  • Confirms that all invoicing and receiving are complete prior to project close out.
  • Occasionally meet with customers to establish expectations, timelines, and other necessary project updates
  • Assist the assembly team on projects

We have a great opportunity for a Panel Shop Coordinator to join our growing team! You will coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer. You also will be the liaison between Echo Electric and the customer and will be responsible for all internal project coordination and external communication with the customer.

Shift: Monday- Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

We’re Looking For a Coordinator Who
