Job summary

Midrex Technologies Inc is seeking a Panel Operator to work with the Shift Supervisor to control process parameters during commissioning and startup. The role involves field and control room duties, with frequent interaction with engineers to ensure plant performance.

Travel up to 90% internationally and domestically is expected. The position requires an Associate or BS degree and allows for overtime and multiple shifts; bilingual abilities and training experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with MS Office (Word/Excel) and teamwork.
• Ability to interpret process and basic mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime and different shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineers to accomplish projects and train client personnel.
• Assist in developing training manuals, aids, and lesson plans for client operations.
• Operate control systems and adjust process parameters during commissioning and startup.
