Job summary

KLOVER Contracting is seeking a Carpenter Wall Panel Installer to install light gauge metal wall panels across the Tri-State Area (PA). The ideal candidate can read blueprints, use layout tools, and work with rigging and hoisting equipment while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include measuring, fabricating with hand tools, joining materials, and ensuring installations meet codes and specifications.

Qualifications

• Participation in a secondary or post-secondary trade curriculum.
• 1+ year experience with panel or structural steel installation.
• 1+ year experience with stick welding (optional).
• Knowledge and understanding of construction safety devices and PPE.
• Rigging and Signaling experience is a plus.
• Carpentry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and read height, width, length, and other proportions with a tape measure.
• Assist foreman with proper layout for work.
• Fabricate or alter parts using grinders, sawzalls, hammers, punches, or drills.
• Join materials with fasteners or adhesives.
• Use levels, plumb bobs, framing squares, and lasers to ensure level and secure installations.
• Install wall panel products according to specifications and building codes.
• Maneuver units into position for installation and anchor them.
