KLOVER is seeking an Exterior ACM Panel Installer to install aluminum composite materials and insulated metal panels on commercial projects within a 70-mile radius of Quakertown, PA. The role emphasizes safe work practices at heights, precise panel alignment, and collaboration with the project team.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting panels to size, securing with appropriate fasteners, and ensuring weather-tight seals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience safely installing ACM and IMP panels.
• Knowledge of construction safety devices and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Measure and cut ACM panels to the appropriate size and shape.
• Install ACM panels on facades, signage, or other structures with proper alignment and fastening.
• Secure panels with rivets, screws, adhesives, or clip systems.
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights and on scaffolding.
• Inspect finished installations for alignment, gaps, and defects; perform quality checks.
• Transport and manage materials, including proper storage and handling.
• Coordinate with team members, contractors, and project managers to maintain schedule.
