Job summary

Leer Inc. in the Midwest is seeking a Panel Foamer to set up panels and materials in jigs for panel foaming at our manufacturing site. The role includes preparing panels, selecting materials, and inspecting the foam output to ensure proper alignment and quality.

Ideal candidates follow all safety procedures, can read blueprints and measurements, operate foam jigs efficiently, lift up to 75 lbs, and work as part of a team. We offer ESOP, bonus programs, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must follow ALL safe operating procedures and requirements.
• Ability to read blue prints and read a tape measure.
• Ability to operate foam jigs efficiently and safely.

• Accurately apply materials to panels in metal prep.
