Singing River Health System is seeking a Panel Care Coordinator at the Pascagoula Hospital to bridge the medical team and patients. You will handle electronic and telephone queries, coordinating information for timely treatment plans and patient care across non-office visits.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with a standard Monday–Friday shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm) at Singing River Pascagoula

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate from ABHES or CAAHEP medical assistant program preferred.
• 2 years clinical MA experience required.
• Must maintain certification per certifying organization.
• RMA from AMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to electronic and telephone queries.
• Proactively manage patient care for non-office visits.
• Convey pertinent information to the Medical Team to support timely treatment plans.
• Act as the primary conduit for information between patient and Medical Staff.
