Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and use common hand/power tools.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on safe, organized housekeeping.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for team needs.
• Comfort with industrial manual labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to PPE requirements and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety leadership practices.

Responsibilities

• Read and build fluency with electrical schematics and panel components.
• Size power cabling per NEC under supervision.
• Operate drills, jig saws, punches, and crimpers.
• Print wire and component labels using standard software.
• Assemble components on back pans and enclosures and wire per schematic.
• Develop precision in wire connections with guidance.
• Assist electrical testing and identify wiring errors.
• Progress toward full custom panel builds as skills grow.
