Job summary

Expanse is seeking a Production Tech I to construct UL panel assemblies and contribute to continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. You will support LEAN initiatives, follow QMS procedures, and work under supervision to ensure timely, high-quality panel production.

The role requires basic reading of schematics, use of tool programs, and effective communication with team members. A flexible schedule and a strong work ethic are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics.
• Be accountable for and be able to use tools provided by the tool program.
• Solid work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism among co-workers and customers.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a positive and productive attitude.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Construct quality control panels per CAD/E-Plan schematics and BOM.
• Move parts and finished products; prepare and package products for shipment.
• Deliver finished panels to local customers and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Participate in LEAN and 3S initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Adhere to QMS and safety requirements and complete QC checklists.
