Job summary

Koch Finishing Systems seeks a day shift Production Team Member in Evansville, IN. The role focuses on thermal and acoustic panel assembly, with standard hours 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Training is provided and prior production experience is a plus.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental/vision, retirement plans, and more. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around equipment.

Qualifications

• Training provided; prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package panels & doors.
• Install windows into panels.
• Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided).
• Follow sketches and drawings to complete work.
