Job summary

KOCH Finishing Systems in Evansville, IN is seeking a full-time Day Shift Assembly team member to join our production line. You will assemble and package panels, install windows into panels, and operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes with training provided.

Expected duties include following sketches and drawings to complete work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for the shift. We offer weekly pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

NOW HIRING – Day Shift Assembly | Evansville, IN | $18.50/hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Training provided, but previous experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
