Job summary

Koch Finishing Systems seeks a day shift Production Team Member in Evansville, IN. The role focuses on thermal and acoustic panel assembly, with standard hours 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Training is provided and prior production experience is a plus.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental/vision, retirement plans, and more. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around equipment.

Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member - Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full‑time, day shift positions (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Training provided, but previous experience is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience:

• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
