Job summary

IES Infrastructure is hiring a Final Assembler in Mount Joy, PA. You will join a 3–4 person team to assemble and install panels, measure and cut insulation, and ensure all components are securely fastened. Shifts available, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Candidates should have basic print reading and be comfortable working with Rockwool and perforated sheet metal. We value safety, teamwork, and reliability, with benefits including health, life, and disability coverage, plus a 401k.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, construction, drywall, or framing.
• Ability to read basic prints and measurements.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in 3–4 person crew.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install panels.
• Measure, cut, and install insulation into panels.
• Install bat insulation to specifications.
• Use clamps and power tools to fasten hardware.
• Protect components by draping plastic during work.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet quality and schedule.
