Job summary

Koch Finishing Systems in Evansville, IN is hiring for a Day Shift Assembly position. Join our team as a Production Team Member focusing on thermal and acoustic panel assembly, with duties including assembling panels and doors and installing windows into panels.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Training is provided, prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and benefits are included with weekly pay and other perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Experience with basic hand tools and reading a tape measure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package panels and doors.
• Install windows into panels.
• Operate saws, forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
• Follow sketches and drawings to complete work.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience:

• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
