Qualifications

Production Assembly Worker - Skilled Labor

• Required Education: High School/GED
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Position Type: Hourly

We are seeking skilled labor that is a dependable and motivated individual to join our production assembly team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impacts, and saws safely and effectively
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Keep work area clean and organized

Required Skills & Abilities

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Previous carpentry or construction-related experience preferred
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Ability to efficiently read and use a tape measure
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Education & Experience

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Fork Truck experience

Physical Requirements

• Manually lifting up to 70 pounds. Use of written and oral communication.
• Capable of standing/walking more than 80% of work time.
• 100% of working time (except for assigned breaks) is spent on the production floor.
