Job summary

Lilly Canada is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to engage with oncology experts across Ontario and Manitoba, delivering the latest science and clinical insights. You will build trusted networks, gather field insights, and support strategic initiatives while upholding rigorous ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 2–3 years oncology clinical/therapeutic experience OR MSc with 5+ years oncology experience.
• MSL experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the scientific ambassador to oncology experts across Canada.
• Translate complex data into clear communications for physicians and investigators.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research, Medical Information, and Commercial teams.
• Help shape Lilly's oncology strategy through field insights.
