Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking an Asian Wok Specialist to prepare high‑quality stir‑fried dishes, noodles, vegetables, proteins, and sauces using traditional wok techniques. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, maintain strict sanitation, and bring authentic Pan‑Asian flavor to every plate.

The role requires 1–3 years as a line cook in an Asian restaurant, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain Maryland licensing. This is a union position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years' experience as a line cook in an Asian restaurant.
• Must obtain and maintain license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes and maintain food temperatures.
• Season and garnish food.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep cooking area clean and in an orderly state.
• Maintain inventory and order food items daily.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Monitor and adjust performance to local competition as warranted.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
