Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Solution Lead for Privileged Access Management (PAM) to advance and scale enterprise PAM capabilities across cloud and on‑premises environments. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, PAM, IAM security, or security engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Privileged Access Management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of privileged accounts, credential management, secrets management, and cloud privilege management.
• Experience leading security initiatives from requirements through design and operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise PAM capabilities.
• Shape PAM roadmap by identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives.
• Partner with teams to understand requirements and deliver practical PAM solutions.
• Own solution architecture and implement controls for privileged accounts, vaulting, and machine identities.
• Escalation point for PAM issues, guiding resolution and follow-up actions.
• Develop standards and automation to improve PAM adoption and Zero Trust alignment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in privileged access security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across cybersecurity initiatives.
