Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Solution Lead, PAM to drive enterprise privileged access management capabilities across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will own solution architecture, shape the PAM roadmap, and partner with security engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and automated controls.

You will mentor teams, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles while aligning with enterprise architecture and risk reduction

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent; 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity, PAM, IAM security, or security engineering roles.
• Hands-on with enterprise Privileged Access Management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of privileged accounts, credential management, session management, and cloud privilege management.
• Experience leading security initiatives from requirements to design and operationalization.
• Experience handling security incidents and escalations for security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise PAM capabilities across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Shape PAM roadmap by identifying gaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving secure outcomes.
• Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to deliver practical PAM solutions.
• Own solution architecture and lead implementation of controls for privileged accounts, credentials, vaulting, and machine identities.
• Serve as escalation point for PAM issues, guiding resolution and follow-up actions.
• Develop standards and automation to improve PAM adoption, scalability, and Zero Trust alignment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and threats related to privileged access and secrets management.
