Job summary

McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, is seeking a Solution Lead, PAM to advance enterprise privileged access management capabilities. This role serves as the technical lead for PAM, owning architecture, shaping strategy, and delivering secure PAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

You will partner with security architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure PAM capabilities are secure, scalable, automated, and aligned with Zero Trust, risk reduction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity/PAM/IAM experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of privileged accounts, credential and secrets management, session management, and cloud privilege management.
• Experience leading security initiatives from requirements through design and operationalization.
• Experience incident management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders via strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise PAM across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Shape PAM roadmap by identifying gaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving outcomes.
• Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to deliver practical PAM solutions.
• Own solution architecture and implement controls for privileged accounts, credential vaulting, secrets, and machine identities.
• Serve as escalation point for PAM issues and guide resolution and follow-up actions.
• Develop standards, automation, and processes to improve PAM adoption and scalability.
• Evaluate emerging PAM technologies and trends and align with Zero Trust principles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across cybersecurity initiatives.
