McKesson Corporation is seeking a Solution Lead for Privileged Access Management (PAM) to shape strategy and own architecture across hybrid environments. You will partner with security architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure PAM capabilities are secure, scalable, and automated.

In this role, you will drive practical PAM solutions, lead incident response efforts, and foster Zero Trust alignment while mentoring teams and advancing PAM maturity within the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PAM platforms.
• Experience leading security initiatives from requirements through design, implementation, and operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, cloud privilege management, and IGA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of enterprise PAM capabilities across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Shape PAM roadmap by identifying capability gaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving strategic security outcomes.
• Collaborate with application teams and stakeholders to define practical and supportable PAM solutions.
• Own solution architecture and implement controls for privileged accounts, credential vaulting, secrets management, and session monitoring.
• Serve as escalation point for PAM incidents, guiding resolution and follow-up actions to reduce recurrence.
• Develop standards, automation, and processes to improve PAM adoption, scalability, and alignment with Zero Trust principles.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and threats related to privileged access and cloud privilege management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across cybersecurity engineering initiatives.
